At Bunch Bikes, we want every family to love their ride; if your cargo bike isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the bike is in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund minus shipping costs.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Bike
Carefully disassemble any accessories and secure the bike in its original heavy-duty shipping crate to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized freight carriers to schedule a convenient home pickup time for the crate.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the bike at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
