Yes! Every Bunch Bike is shipped 99% assembled via a specialized white-glove delivery service. Our technicians perform a full safety check before it leaves our warehouse so you can ride it right away.
What is the range of the electric battery?
Our standard electric cargo bikes offer a range of 25-35 miles per charge, depending on the load weight, terrain, and level of pedal assist used.
Can I fit more than two children in the cargo box?
Absolutely. Most of our models are designed to safely carry up to four children with integrated 3-point safety harnesses included for every seat.
What kind of maintenance do these bikes require?
Regular maintenance is similar to a standard bicycle. We recommend a professional tune-up every 500 miles to check brake pads, tire pressure, and chain tension.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day trial period. If you are not completely in love with your bike, you can return it for a refund, though return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with specialized providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans, allowing you to spread the cost of your bike over 12, 24, or 36 months.
